Brice has over thirteen years of industry experience, spending twelve years at Crow Holdings Capital (“CHC”) becoming the youngest Investment Committee member in the firm’s history. Brice’s responsibilities included overseeing all development, acquisitions, leasing and realizations for the entire Western Region of the United States, and Portfolio Manager for the Crow Holdings Industrial Properties Trust.

Brice’s CHC tenure was split in two halves, as he held the role of Partner at the Panattoni Development Company responsible for all operations and transactions in the Dallas Ft-Worth market. Over his career, Brice has completed land acquisitions and developments for over 30 million square feet of industrial space, in addition to acquiring 3.3 million square feet of stabilized shallow-bay industrial buildings.

Brice was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, where he served in the Swiss Army as a tank gunner before graduating from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Dallas with his wife and three children.
